Every day that Barack has been running for president I have asked myself one question:
What can I do to help Barack win the Presidential election?

I will travel to Denver Colorado to attend the Democratic National Convention

At the convention I will represent voter's in Philadelphia's Second Congressional District

I will talk with others about the need for Barack Obama to be our country's next president

I will listen to Barack and those who support him

I will bring the message from these speeches back to you

I will soak up the "Barack is Our Next President" energy at the convention

I will bring the convention energy back to Philadelphia to stay 'fired-up' for the November election

I believed Barack was a winner when I first came to know him in 2004. Like many of you I was watching the 2004 convention on terlevision and was struck by his words of strength and unity and peace. SInce then, he has given us all so much; lessons in character and integrity and wisdom and leadership. We are becomming better people as we learn from his examples and we dare to say "Yes We CAn" when we thought for so long that we simply could not.

The most effective change agent is not govenrment, big business or technology. The greatest change agent is the power of people and Barack knows how to inspire and mobilize people to manefest the change we seek; the change for a more perfect union, the chnage for a better environment, better schools, a stronger economy and affordable health care.
